AURORA TRAINS REFUND POLICY

Change of Mind Return

If for any reason an item is not what you expected or you’ve simply changed your mind it can be returned for a credit note (valid for 12 months) for the value of the item. Any free shipping cost will be deducted and return shipping costs will be borne by the purchaser.

Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or credit note if it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and is still in original condition, unopened with original packaging intact.
  • A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return
  • The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date
  • You have received a Return Authority by emailing us at shop@auroratrains.com.au

Please Note: We do not accept exchanges or returns on orders shipped outside of Australia for Change of Mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the event that you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us at shop@auroratrains.com.au or on (07) 3892 4220 and arrangements may be made to refund or exchange.

The Purchaser will be responsible for the shipping and handling of any faulty or damaged item.

Please note: All items are new when posted, items damaged in transit are not covered unless an insurance option is initiated by client and then only within the bounds and timeframes of the insurance offered by Australia Post. (Insert Link to Australia Post Insurance policy)
